Kids Yoga

Kids' yoga classes are a great way for kids to get their daily exercise. They help with the development of stronger bones and muscles! During the class, children have the opportunity to focus and improve their attention, posture, increase coordination and flexibility, while finding inner strength and building self-confidence. It also helps channel energy by relaxing muscles and granting better sleep. Outdoor classes allow children to connect with nature and are very healing!
